“ Honestly the best fast food burger chain burgers in my opinion. I’ve been here 3 times and tried 3 different burgers and none of them disappointed me. The staffs working here are also the nicest people out there. So glad to have one of these in town. ”

“ Alex did an amazing job taking orders, cooking burgers and fries, making shakes and concretes, and bringing meals out to customers, he was the only employee working the entire restaurant and he didn't miss a beat, he absolutely deserves a raise! Despite him being the only worker multitasking during a dinner rush on a weekend, he got everyone's order correct and the burgers, fries, and frozen custard were better than the times I've come here when multiple employees are working! Also was told the food would take 15-20 min but it came out within 10 min! My only complaint is that this location and Williamsburg need to hire more workers, there's only ever 1 or 2 employees max working either location, but the service is much better and faster at this location! Keep it up! ”
“ We were on our way back from vacation and wanted one last outing. We just happened upon BurgerFi and decided to stop - best decision ever! Neither of us had heard of it, so we were going in blind. I got the Breakfast All Day burger and he got the CEO burger (with wagyu). OH MY GOSH. They were both absolutely delicious!!! Everything tasted so fresh and juicy! The fries and onion rings were awesome too! Make sure to try the homemade ranch and the truffle sauce ”

I honestly can’t tell why they have such a low rating, these are some fantastic, creative burgers, fully deserving of 5 stars. Its not fast but thats not the point of a place like this - you come here for a GOOD burger. Get the CEO or Swag burger, bonkers good ”
“ I only got the Urban fries and the key lime concrete this time — but man, was it good. I mean wow I didn’t know what I was missing. Though I didn’t have a burger, I’ll definitely be back to try one of their specialties as they looked very good/fresh. The urban fries came with Parmesan and garlic aioli, and the aioli is definitely the star of the show. The key lime concrete is basically key lime pie mixed into a vanilla custard (tastes like ice cream). It is delicious, affordable, and just small enough to be a nice treat. I definitely recommend coming here - great service and great food. ”
